And i wanna add it's a foolish thing to drink alcohol, but it's a very good thing to drink juice, so replace(why not???).

As far as i know that all the religons {which says: You must pray to the only god} forbids the drinking because it makes you lose your mind~! 
Christianity does not strictly prohibit drinking, although it depends on which sect or church. For example, Roman Catholics can drink and have no religious problem with it. However, my reasons are personal, not religious for abstaining. (I believe Jesus mentioned to have moderation in all things, which I find to be rather useful advice.) Where I live, Mormons do not believe in drinking or smoking. As a former Mormon, I understand and respect their beliefs, though I no longer share them. I value my mind and health greatly, and thus, it makes no sense to me to destroy them by drinking or smoking.

Im not arguing for or against alcohol. I was asking WHO drinks it besides me.
But since you like to be rude, i have this to say: People have different tastes on what they want to do with their fun. I drink only because its fun. People that dont do it, wont understand at all... so dont try understanding us. But telling or implying to the other person (the drinker) that he is less than your opinion, means your opinion isnt worth my time considering, because you dont have the conversation skills to know that youre not supposed to make the other conversationalist feel less than you, or that you are better than them because of differences in opinion.
Lesson #1 in casual conversation: dont talk religion, dont talk politics, dont talk schizophrenia, and dont make the other person feel less than you, and dont say your IQ is 175. They are some good pointers, and if you dont like it, then screw off -- you wouldnt be worth talking to.
I could say, and be just like you: "Why drink juice? Thats boring. Whats the use ????? tell me why ????"
And so what! I dont give a damn if you drink juice or not. I was asking WHO drinks, and WHO doesnt. Not, why do you drink? Thats a stupid question because every reason is different, there is no universal answer.
I dont mind if you guys/gals dont drink. Just dont think youre god-all-mighty better than a person that drinks. You arent. Drink grapejuice -- thats okey. If you drink whiskey, thats okey too. I dont see the difference in a person. There is none. One likes the drug in alcohol, the other doesnt. One likes to stumble around having their fun, the other has more fun sober. Woopee-do.
Im not a drunk, im just a person that likes to party. So my answer is, im young, thats why. And im not boring, and the last answer to your question is (which is what i always answer when they ask): Why the hell not? |
