Where to learn strength potion?

Who teaches how to brew strength potions and where can I find them?

You can learn Strength potions from Constantino in the Harbor City. You may have to be his apprentice before he'll teach you, but I'm not sure.

Also, the Mage Niras (in Monastery basement) may also teach you (if you are a Mage), but I'm not sure about that either.

You can learn Speed potions from Ignaz (crazy alchemist in the poor section of the Harbor City) and you can learn Dexterity potions from Sagitta (herb witch in woods behind Sekob's farm).

Constantino will teach you the elixer of strength but you have to know the low level healing recipe first. He won't teach you if you don't know any alchemy.
