WoW: Beta Do's and Don'ts @ GameSpy |
|
Although is article is really an excuse to push a Fileplanet membership to get access to 'World of Warcraft', their Beta Do's and Don'ts article may be of interest to some readers:
Do: Get into Azerothian politics on the PvP server.

While it isn't as wild or free-for-all and pure "PvP" MMOs like Lineage II, there is a fun, vibrant PvP scene in World of Warcraft. If you decide to get on the player vs. player servers, try to get into the spirit of the occasion. You're entering a world where there are eight different races comprising two alliances locked in a death struggle. How about getting into the whole "teamwork" thing for your side? Work with other players on raids. Follow plans, do your part and stick with your agreed-upon looting rules. Congratulate those who do well and try to be good sports with those who screw up or when you lose. Yell, use emotes and be a positive contributor. If you're just in it to whine that "My team sucks!" then neither the Horde nor the Alliance really needs you.
|

With WoW's average player age being 14 I'm sure this will be a real help. _________________ Midget Soothsayer robs bank. Small medium at large. Film at 11. |
