Bug or just my computer?

Ive just finished the paladin version of the game and i heard somewhere that it's a nice little extra to see after the credits(can i play after this, or do a paladin end his last days at the island?)but what happens with me is that i go back to windows(only my arrow and wallpaper shows not the icons and start menu) and then a black screen with a white box floating atround with this message: Cannot make Direct-3d object(only in norwegian but im not certian it was that can maybe be my bad english and it said that my pizza in the owen was burned ) and when the black screen and the white box is gone, i go back to the screen that you pick the user client(XP-home edition) and then i see a error message(nothing interesting just that box that comes up when something happens in gothic)But this happens all the time and i wanna see that litlle nice extra Here is what ,my cOmputer is good for:

2.66GHz
512mb DDRAM
23/80GB free space
