Potion for the chicken quest
   

Hi, I apologize in advance if the answer to this is posted elsewhere. I did do a search for "chicken potion" and could not find it. I have all the ingredients for the potion, went to the tavern, put the leek, carrot and dragon in the cauldron fine. When I try to put the water in my character says something like "I shouldn't try this now." I went back to Lord Inuit's room, cast reveal again, and returned to the tavern but the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? What am I missing? I have the 1.17 patch installed.
