Island past the harbor glitch??? SPOILER?

I swam straight out from the harbour in Korinis to the large island. I found the cave on the far side, got past the lizards to the cave and managed to jump over the spikes to get to the chests. (not sure where u find the key to the one chest) but here is my problem...I CANT GET OUT OF THE CAVE! It won't let me jump when I'm trying to run out of the cave. I have tried like 30 times to do it but get smoked by the spikes every time...very frustrating. Anyone else run into this problem?

I'm pissed.

Yeah there is a hidden cave with at least 4 chests in there. But a spike floor trap has me stuck inside the cave

Ouch, that's not fun. My friends always tell me to swim right out to get the fish food video, but I haven't done it yet though...

Works as designed. If you donīt disable a trap before you go in you have to reload. Itīs that simple.

Next time post your spoilers in the spoiler forum please.

if you enter the cave you see a torch pull it to deactivate the trap!!!!

now a tip for you: if you have a speed potion drink it and you can run over the trap without taking damage

dont need to cheat

(if my english is bad sorry im german)

Reloading is not mandatory, you can move as close to trap as possible, eat a bit of snnaperweed or drink a speed potion and run over it.

Don't worry about this much. Yes, I haven't found the lever to turn those spikes off also. Getting in seemed much easier than getting back out, but it is still possible.

Hint.
Don't run, walk. Walk to the very edge of spikes. You have to trigger the spikes being at the edge of them (I tried from the left edge, try moving forward a bit). As soon as they trigger, immediately walk to another side as spikes have timer (kinda recharge). It took many, many tries for me also, but finally I was rewarded with success
