ENchanting that SIlver breatplate

I saw the post below, but am still mystified - I've done the treasure map quest but still have no idea how to get that silver breastplate enchanted.....All I got in the last room was some ropes.

What to do:

Drop one teleporter stone outside the cave.
Make sure you have 5 Ales from the Dwarven brewer Rimmer.
Make sure you have 4 ropes.
Make sure you have 2002 gold.
Make sure you have the silver armor.
Make sure you have your other teleporter stone.

Step onto the teleporter in the cave. You'll be transported to a new area and the armor will be upgraded. Use your teleporter stone to get out.
