Manual, where are you?

I've tried downloading it from my start menu then run. I went online to the website which has been invaded by hackers. Does someone have the manual to this game??? would be appreciated.

There isn't a PDF manual available. You should have found a paper manual in the box when you bought the game.

the newest release of wizardry 8 comes without a manual or a pdf manual.

I believe the wizardry 8 site will have one soon.

Heh, you think the Wiz8 forum will ever be touched again. IMHO, I think the sites gonna be dead forever.

I believe Linda Currie said they'd fix the site eventually, but that it wasn't likely to be soon since they're busy with jobs that give them paychecks.

The PDF manual should be on disk 1 for those who buy the $19.99 version. If someone still cannot find it, it can be obtained at www.replacementdocs.com.

Here is the direct link:

LMAO. Yeah, I seriously doubt that site will ever be touched.

Let's say we all pitch in a few bucks to get the Wizardry8 crew back into commission, eh? How many copies did Wiz8 sell -- a couple million? Imagine a dollar from each buyer!

No? Bad idea?

John, thats a great idea, in fact it would get any good website out of a money prob. For all those ppl that could pay, 1 dollar a week would rake in decent money for funding, and people paying really aren't wasting much are they.

Hmmm... [thinking]

Anybody know how to start up a fund raiser? Or perhaps I should first ask if the Wiz8 crew would be willing to do this...
