I closed the entrance to the old mine and it will not open back up!! How do i open it. I have only played for 11 hours and i still have no camp i can't seem to impress the baal by the temple how do i impress him? I need a bunch more skill points to join the new camp. How do i get more (only level up?)? For the old camp i need to get into the old mine but the gate is closed!! Please help me. Thank you |

You dont' have to do anything in the Old mine to join the old camp. But later on you will need to get into the Old mine so remember this: Go to the stat screen, type marvin, hit esc...in the upper left hand corner it should say "marvin - mode" now while standing in front of the gate, hit k on your keyboard and you will be teleported forward about 10 feet fast the gate. The gates work funky, it's a bug.
To join the Sect Camp there are five Baals, and you need to impress 4 of them. There is a quest you can do in the new camp for one of the swamp guys that hangs out there. If you do his quest successfully ask for the reward that is...well I know you need to ask for the reward that is help getting into the Sect Camp, he will give you something that will impress the Baal in front of the temple. And if you have impressed only three of them, then there is one other that you can impress other than the one in front of the Temple.
The New camp has quests too, you just have to do them and need to be level 5 in order to join the New Camp. But you need to be level 5 to join any camp anyway.

thank you brack. I have impressed the oneon the bottom that is like training people or something, the one under kor kalom, and the one at the gate. Where are the other two? |

One of them is the one teaching magic to his students..he's found near the blacksmith shop. Dunno about the last one..

*POSSIBLE SPOILER FOR PEOPLE NOT UP TO THE BAAL IMPRESSION QUESTS*
Baal 1 = Baal nimib:
tell lester to show you the way some where then ask him about talking to baal nimib.
Baal 2 = Baal Tondral:
he tells you to get more people for the sect camp (goto Marvin inside the sect camp and talk to him, then goto the old camp and talk to Dusty, sitting above the merchants square)
Baal 3 = Baal Orun:
he will talk to you after you do Baal 2 quest, he tells you to get the daily swamp weed harvest bla bla,
Baal 4 = Baal Cadar
after completing baal oruns quest, he gives you a sleep spell, cast it on one of the novies kneeling infront of baal cadar.
Baal 5 = Baal Tyon (optional)
goto the Baal in the new camp near Lares' hut, do his customer quest (selling 10 sticks of weed to the rogues/merc's) then ask for help into getting into the sect camp as your reward.
