Lever Combination... HELP!!!!
   

I know I may be the simplest person on earth, but I can't figure out the lever combination in Sir Patrick's house.

I've tried to folow the instructions I've found on here, but I can never get to the third step. The door's always locked.

When it says up, does that mean start in the up position and move down?

Can the lever puzzle be reset?

Help!!!
