How to launch a plugin mod?
   

I've read all the info but can't seem to launch any mods even tho the .ESP files are in my data directory. I just don't see any option after launching the game conerning 'data files'.
"Once you have the .esp file in the proper subfolder, simply launch Morrowind, click the Data Files option and select the plugin you want to load with your game."
Would appreciate help!

On the main launch screen
   

The first one that you see when you start the game, and the top button is "Play". Look below that and you should see data files there. This is also the screen where you can click options to change your sesolution & turn pixel shaders on/off.
