First of all, if this is in a previous post already im sorry but ive been lookin for one for a while and cant find it
Im on the initiation quest for the thieves guild and cant find all of the blood chalices, ive been in every house in the upper district and have found two. I found the gardner who told me about secret hiding places for treasure in the upper district; however, i cant find any of them. Can someone help me?

You could use search tool with 'blood chalice' in gothic 2 spoilers and you would get many hits. If you need details on a quest, you need to post in the spoiler forum. Highlight following for hints.
Spoiler:
You need to pickpocket Valentino and the judge for their keys. Their chests are hidden, look in their upstairs rooms for 'suspicious' things on there walls. Like unlit lamps etc,

Shouldn't this go in the "Gothic 2 Spoilers" forum? 
Anyways, about those chalices... I forget how many there were again. 5 or 6? I know the judge in the upper district has one. You have to pickpocket him for his key and reveal a secret chest by uhm... doing something with a shield on the wall. Valentino has one too. Knock him down for his key, then pull a lantern inside his house to reveal a secret chest. The moneylender at the Docks has one as well. There's one in a house near where you find Lutero in the upper quarter. You can also find one in the house Lord Hagen is in. That's all I r'member.

Does the pickpocket dexterity based? I have 12 dexterity (i train in melee combat) and learned how to pickpocket, but i can't steal the key from the judge or from Valentino. I don't have the option in the dialogue menu.

where is it posible to get a agilyty ring? have only got a strenght ring from the theif-guild leader. or whas that a str. amulet? what ever. im a merc and dont wanna wast Exp. points on dex.

There are several rings for dexterity to be found. I don't know the exact places, but I believe you can get one from Vatras for a quest (although you should pick something else  ) and you can get a dexterity amulet from Dar in chapter 4. Don't worry, you can finish the quest even in chapter 5 and you will find more than one dexterity potions. Without training any dexterity you can have about 60 in the end of the game, that's plenty to solve the quest.
