My thoughts exactly. Every item is replaceable (some harder than others, no argument there) _________________ Money - An article which may be used as a universal passport to everywhere except heaven, and as a universal provider of everything except happiness. |

Hmm... given the fact that I'm underage, I really don't think that I own anything aside from personal wardrobe and stuffed animals...
I suppose then, the most monetary valuable possession of mine is the "rain sensor" on dad's car that will tell you when it is raining outside. (Which I did personally finance the purchase of.) It even turns on the wipers for you... provided that it is raining! [Bless that German technology!]
In the symbolic value, I must say that it would be my sword (and the books and medals that came with it). It was my uncle's sword that he got from the Apostolic Nuncio when he was knighted to the highest papal order that someone not in office as head of state (or clerical life) can receive. The rarity of it, and the fact that he gave it to me makes it valued, I suppose. |

It should be my computer or my room. Oh yes, my room is so good after we did it all over. But in fact, my parents own the house... _________________

That, and Sauron's sword, are exceptions to my rule. They remind you of an emotional attachment to a person and so they have a greater worth than that of a mere materialistic possession. _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi

Yes. At the end of the day when you look back at your life you might realize that the only thing you've 'owned' free and clear your entire life is your emotions. Everything else has been subjected to the whims of another at one or more times... but your emotions have always been yours and yours alone. Someone can say you're angry, but saying it doesn't make it so... you are angry when you are angry. You're in love when you say you're in love. _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi

@Finarfin: Aarghl, omg, you're so lucky. Where do you live about? Nice, nice!
I don't know really... there's not much material things I'm attached to, I'm one of those people who always throw things away they actually need. I guess I'd go for my cd collection. _________________ Vault Network Editor |

It's a hard question for someone like myself to ask myself, but I wouldn't pass up the challenge
I Guess I would have to say my Smithy, Granted it's made of many things, but if i had no forge I couldn't follow my dreams and ambitions. So it would have to be my most prized possesion. _________________ MEYRL!-Solid Snake-Metal Gear Solid

Boring answer, but nothing for me too.
I have a big framed print of Gustav Klimt's "Forest" hanging on the wall; I live with friends and I move house at least once a year, and I find that I just need to stick that picture up on the wall in a new place to feel at home. So that's kinda cool. And I guess my kettle is fairly important, because I know what I'd be like if i didn't have tea .
But in truth, there's no "thing" I'd really miss if it were gone (well... maybe one, but it ain't a possession, it's a body part ) |

I have nothing I value. I would get bored without my computer but i could live without it. I only value my mind and my loved ones... even some not so loved ones... _________________ If soot stains your tunic, dye it black. This is vengeance.
