Vampire Cure !!! sorta found it **spoilers**
   

Everyone who wanted to become a vampire has probably already read the Vvardenfell's book of vampires II. In it we receive a hint clue as to the possible location of a clue... in Bal Ur, the Library of Vivec...
I actually found the book of that buoyant armiger in .... Tureynulal inside the ghost fence.

Apparently you need to go to Bal Ur, find a shrine in the ruins dedicated to Molag Mar. There he will send you on an errand for something or other and cure you of vampirism
