Test of Magic Querry

I have read prior threads and it would lead me to beleive that the blank rune should be found in the black troll's cave, not so it seems.
Is the cave in question the same one in which dragonslicer is being guarded?
Please could someone give me an unambigious answer,I have been crisscrossing the northern areas for days without that dammed rune showing up.
Thank you for enlightenment in advance.

Its in a cave very close to the Black Trolls' cave ...

Close to the black troll is a bridge ... go over it, in the area you reach then a cave is hidden (it's pretty hard to spot)

Thereīs a hidden Innos shrine close to the entrance. Itīs where the mages said: at the end of the path (marked by the innos shrines).

Even though I always jog around the perimeter of every area that I encounter, this cave slipped right past me at least twice that I am sure of...anyway thank you. I found it this time. Free to roam at last!
