NOTR Sub Guilds

Hi. I read that there are some new sub guilds in NOTR.

Pirates,
Bandits,
Black mages,
circle of water,
and water mages.

I was wondering if it is possible to join more then one sub guild?
I would also like to know how to join the black mages.

All help is appreciated, thanks.

But no information about any black mages?

black mages sounds like the seekers
there are new magic spells if you follow beliar and are a mage, but there is no black mages guild
