- In the left house, next to Salandril's house (the sign is a secret switch)
- In the house of the judge (steal the keys from the judge)

Here is a comic guide of how to get the six Blood Chalices. It is written by schlauerhamster.

http://forum.jowood.de/attachment.php?s=&postid=220478

This comic is written in German, but don't be afraid. I've translate schlauerhamster's words into English. Be warned though, the translation is in poor quality as it is done with the help of Babbelfish and my logic.

WARNING: These are ALL schlauerhamster's works. I did NOTHING but translate them.

Here are the translations:

<QUOTATION BEGINS>

Step -1: Checklist

To solve the Blood Chalice quest, I need the following:
  1. Access to uptown and the city hall
  2. Ability to creep
  3. Ability to pickpocket
  4. Minimum of 30 Dexterity points
  5. One lockpick
  6. 250 gold
Step 0: Valentino's key
  • The rich, arragont guy named Valentino hangs out at Coragon's hotel every night.
  • I stole a key from Valentino. [Valentino: What do you want from me?] [Me: Ur... Nothing.]
Step 1: Lehmar
  • I sneak into the house of Lehmar, the usurer, who took Lutero's Chalice as pledge.
  • I opened Lehmar's locked chest with this combination: left, right, right, left, right. Then, I took the first Blood Chalice from the chest.
  • Go to the uptown! In order to make my job easier, I bribe with Wambo. [Wambo: Give me 250 gold pieces and I'll look away.]
Step 2: Gerbrandt / Diego
  • Go to the uptown right after midnight. [Arrow: Sneak into Gerbrandt's house, which is the first house at your right.]
  • I creep up to the upper floor of Gerbrandt's house. The chest is located exactly between the two beds. Right, right, left, right, right, left - finished!
Step 3: Valentino
  • Right beside Gerbrandt's house is Valentino's house.
  • At the upper floor, there is a lamp which serves as a secret switch. Don't walk too near to the lamp! Activate this switch.
  • At the ground floor, a secret area will open. The chest, containing the Blood Chalice, lies there.
Step 4: Judge
  • Now, we are going to meet the good old Mr. Judge.
  • Climb up the stairs to the second floor. Creeping is not necessary here.[Arrow: Look at the shield at the right. It's kind of misplaced low on the wall. That's correct: the shield is also a secret switch.]
  • [Judge: Why do you wake me up? What do you want?][Me: Oh, actually, I want to steal your key.]
  • After you press the secret switch upstairs, a new secret area is revealed. I opened the chest there with the key stolen from the judge.
Step 5: City Hall
  • Now, I should get into the city hall and pass the guards.
  • Go upstairs, pass through the clerk's room. The Blood Chalice is located beside the candle.
Step 6: Last Chalice
  • The last Blood Chalice is located beside the Uptown Alchemist's house.
  • There is a key lying over the fireplace. This key fits into the chest between the two beds. Open the chest quietly - click! And take the last Blood Chalice!
End
  • Congratulations! Cassia must be pleased of what you did! [Cassia: Down to my bed!]

______________________________
<QUOTATION ENDS>

Alternative to Pickpocket. You can use the Forget spell after you've beat someone up or fail to pickpocket.

Time limit. There is a time limit of two days for this quest. If you pass the limit, Cassia will be hostile at you.

Whistle to Lord Hagen. Once this quest is done, no more quest will be given by Cassia--at least in Chapter 1. Thus, at this point, you can whistle about the Thieves' Guild to Lord Andre without losing much experience. This method is the only way to join the militia without being a citizen.

Just a reminder. All of this is schlauerhamster's works. I did NOTHING but translated all the words from German to English--very poorly with the help of Babbelfish. If anyone detect any error, please address it.

Other quests:

Sextant: given by Ramirez. The sextant can be found at the rock dragon's (Pedrakhan) loot.

Lockpick master: given by Jesper. Jesper will give you a special key which opens a door in the sewers. Inside the locked room is a chest, which has an extremely long combination as follows:

Right, right, right, left, right, right, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, right, left, left, left, right, right, left.

All these quests are available in and after Chapter 3.
