When you are ready to acvance a lvl..A pop up window come up sayin something like "You should rest to learn blah blah blah"cant remember excactly what it says...but you cant miss it.When it pops up you find a place to rest and distribute your skill points. |

I guess you have to level up in all major skills. Three of the minor skills and one miscelaneous skill. But this might be a flawed formula...
Just try to level up all your skills, not just some of them...

I think it's much looser than that. I have levelled without increasing a particular major skill before. I think you get a point for increasing any of your major or minor skills during the level. Check your progress by holding the cursor over your level, it will show your X/10 way to the next level. |

The formula is simple. Increase 10 pts in major and minor skills, and you level up. Misc. skills don't count.
