Boo is a girbil that Minsk is very emotionally attached to. Boo also has a tendency to "hide" himself "somewhere" on Minsk's body where nobody can find him (even if Minsk were to be stripped). Minsk also has somewhat of a squeeky voice.
Hmm... I say Minks isn't the man. I think he's swinging from the other side of the fence, if you catch my drift.
--Edit--
Oh, and I just thought of something. You can't get that quest with the little kid unless you have Minsk in your party. Meaning, he likes little boys as well... *shudder*
