Neat! How'd you get the different swimming styles? I can't recall ever seen breast-strokes in Gothic.. ? |

With the english keyboard layout,
Left/uppercase arrow + up = breaststroke
Left/uppercase arrow + down = backstroke _________________ Forever aches my wretched soul, for Chromanin locked in that dark hole, though crypted key i've yet to learn, he knows one day i will return. |

Our old "Pic of the Day" screenies for the first Gothic were also often spectacular. We posted about 40 pieces, I think. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |

Would those "about 40 pieces" still be in the database or somehow viewable? - where are they now? - or have they been pruned by "the spoiler of all fun?" _________________ Forever aches my wretched soul, for Chromanin locked in that dark hole, though crypted key i've yet to learn, he knows one day i will return. |

Strange, this doesn't seem to work for me. I can do the breaststroke by hitting forward + walk slow. (I think the walk button was Shift key before I remapped it) But I can't get him to do the backstroke no matter what keys I hit. Maybe it's not in the US version?
It's funny that I never knew about the breaststroke after playing more than a hundred hours of Gothic in the past. |

They´re still in the DB. Maybe the old newsbits can also be retrieved. Some had explanations and a title for the pic. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |

@JDR13,
I admit that the back-stroke isn't what you could call Olympic gold medal style, but with all keyboard settings on 'default' pc-hero sure can swim backward in a slow casual manner.

I'd appericiate it if you would make a battle between Lee, Cor Anger and Gomez. Just like the battle Jaz did between the head 3 megicians.. _________________

That Mud on the horse picture is just sick if you consider why the little prick was thrown in the colony _________________ The focused mind can pierce through stone |

You could be right Dez, in fact Mud has been acting strange lately.
