hmm..don't remember, but I thought that the Old Knights Armor was a few points better..don't remember...

the old knigth's armor is stronger .. the stats look like this

old knigth's:
W ~ 100
A ~ 100
F ~ 65
M ~ 100

Paladin's armor:
W ~ 100
A ~ 100
F ~ 50
M ~ 50
