Just for the record, i never cheat at anything, except for a couple tests in high school, but thats ancient history.

the ~tilde~ BS doesnt seem to work. dont waste time.
Couple things, i felt guilty leaving yall high and dry with the cheat and not tests.
1. this trainer only works on 1.00029 english version.
2. if you use this trainer on the newer 1.000031 patched eng ver only stamina works as far as i can tell.
3.there is an order as to not get totally screwed.
-start new game.
-for sheer screw you developer value call yourself cheater and be a survivor
(for the brain dead no you dont have to do this you can call yourself anything you want. and be anything you want.)
-DO NOT ACTIVATE ANYTHING
-level up once.
-activate bonus attribute points ONLY! should be 6
-upgrade attribs. you can go high as you want. pause the game (because the numbers roll faster if its paused) and hold down on the plus sign next to attrib. I stopped at 1000 thats really too far but use your own judgement.
-activate experience bonus 5
-kill a few monsters and welcome to level 93
-activate upgrade points 9
-add each upgrade 5 times.
-bitch to someone else about your carpral tunnel syndrome
4. Who needs cheating anymore. you are GOD. and just remember the llama made you so.
I hereby decree all miscreants who wish to cheat do so. I dub thee Sir _________ (fill in the blank yourself). Now rise and do MY EVIL  bidding.
once again. if this starts WWIII just remember i told you so.  HAPPY HACKING!

Note. i am not condoning nor arguing anything about cheating.
this topic was not posted to do so. Its a simple statement to those who wish to know. I came across the file and other information when trying to find information about areas and secrets i may have missed before continuing on past an area and posted it here. Since no "cheats" had been posted in any forum i could find after finding this information i thought i would give the readers at RPGDot the first crack before i made other communities aware of the existance of this cheat. ONLY because good posts as solid answers to solid questions quickly and accurately. Please do not use this topic as a flame war between the cheaters and non cheaters. Each person paid their 40 bucks, let them play as they see fit. Just as its your right to do so. If you dont like cheating i did not put these files on your computer and make you run them, if they are there. YOU DID IT! se la vie.

Thanks for the link. I like to play around with cheats after completing a game. It let's you explore quickly other paths you may have missed. In the case of Gothic, it brought new life to the game. 
I don't think I'll need cheats for Divinity though. I'm holding my own quite well.

I only use cheats when i finishd the game. Or if i'm bored of the game but still want to finish it.

I do not cheat. Even if I fininsh game I have no need to try them.
There are ofcourse some exception. For example I used cheats in Wizardry 8 after I finished game without them. Reason was that I moderated Wiz8 forum here on RPGDot and I needed to find information to answer question of our user and didnt remember what is right answer, I could not find info on internet and I had no save game around place I needed to visit.
I like games forums also because you can get hints when you really do not know where to go and you do not need to use walktrouht. Good thing is that if people are wise, they can give you just little hint and you still feel that you found your way on your own :]. |
