There's no fighting,

We are all discussing in an open manner, this is good because we all learn what happens from other peoples experiences, i'll check it out.

@megadav,

I have several save games, i can check on the letter and tell you the outcome (re: X-dANGEr)
What chapter were you in, also did you sneek into the old camp after being barred or did you teleport later on into the pentagram in the magicians upper chapel.? - did Bartolo attack you at that point and say "i was expecting someone to use the pentagram" ? - - this is interesting.

My results from 2 previous save games in the last chapter, were the same , there was no letter on Corristo's dead body when i teleported, i had not read the letter at the start of the game.

Weird. I did not give the letter to Milten, he simply took it from me at one point (can't remember when), and I didn't get a reward either. I didn't read the letter at the beginning.

@megadav,

If the letter is for Xardas and it says to "send out your scouts" - then if Corristo has it, maybe he would send out a "scout" - - Milten! - - there is more to this than i knew, never had that before - - i don't think.

Maybe Corristo sent us out as a scout. Or maybe he wants to stay away from Xardas' business.

First of all could you please stop spamming all the time.You don't have to argue about this things.

When you deliver the letter without braking the seal you get exactly the same exp and choose on of the rings and the potion. But if you ask your reward first and your letter is already opened Torrez will give the ring of strength he just saysť Here take the usual reward, People who open the letters and read them they don't even get a reward.'

I also have a question:Milten says that this letter is adressed to Xardas but it talks about the water mages.Weird .
