Haste Lite

For any party with no Psi or Music, just use Ankh of Speed! It doesn't give you the whole almost-eighty you get from a maxxed Powercaster, but if you get 3 or 4 of'em and use them when you need to...All you need to pay attention to is that you get some points in Artifacts for the character who's gonna pump Speed. One member with Snakespeed wearing one of these is almost as good as a Bard with the Drums, but it takes almost no stamina. Just like anything else with charges, just sell it and buy it back.

Crock sells them, you can PP them many places, Metallic Slimes drop them, Iron Key chest (UM) can have one...
