GameSpy has kicked up some Oblivion <a href="http://xbox.gamespy.com/xbox-360/the-elder-scrolls-iv-oblivion/697549p1.html" target="_blank">impressions</a> with comments from different editors:<blockquote><em>Justin: Not only is it fun and interesting, it's compelling. Even though the introductory portion of the game concludes with the emperor handing you a quest of major importance, it would take willpower of steel not to play hooky from your official duties for a while. Thankfully the game doesn't seem to mind if I take some "me time" before stepping up and becoming a proper hero. I also noticed a wanted poster for a man known as the "Gray Fox," who seems to be the "rob from the rich and give to the poor" type, and I feel certain that I'll be able to find out more about this individual if I bring his name up while talking to the right people. For the moment, however, I'm looking to cure an annoying stat-lowering disease I contracted from a wolf-bite. It takes way too many brain cells and valuable time to differentiate "fun" "interesting" and "compelling" especially in the very first sentence of a review.
Just say NO to adjectives. Back to writing class, Justin. |

I've had to turn everything down to its absolute minimum to make the game even remotely playable on my system!! Just costed the upgrades I need to make it run really well and it's over $1000!! OUCH!!!!!!!
