I would say that most people who frequent the off topic forum would suffer from Valophobia. _________________

Why? Because you are a Val-phobiac?
LOL! Nope! Because it's gross.
You see, Jell-o, to me is a dessert product. Carrots are wonderful and are a vegetable product and never the twain shall meet. Because, to put it bluntly. . . .EW. I mean to decide between crunchy carrots or cooked carrots, I just cannot fathom biting into Jell-O and facing a carroty crunch or squish. *shudders* The only vegetable that gets close to my Jell-O is lettuce and that's for garnish. (Spoken from someone that makes and eats Jell-O about once every couple years or so.)

um... Have you eaten carrot-flavoured jelly before? I tried that and it's not as bad as you might think. Also, IMHO, crunchy stuff (e.g. carrot) and soft stuff (e.g. jelly) DO meet. In fact, it's actually a really good idea to put some crunchy stuff at the bottom of a jelly cup. Have you tried an apple-flavoured jelly with some apple cubes at the bottom of the jelly cup? It's really good.

I'm quite surprised that you don't suffer from Valophobia because there are scientific evidences that a normal person are at least 70% Valophobiac. Well, you must be very ... um... ouch, I don't want to say that. |

Ha! Let's just put it this way:
I don't like anything in Jell-O that's not fruity. Period. I'm not a big Jell-O fan, actually. Which is why I choose not to experiment with it. I still say EW!
I never said crunchy and chewy don't mix elsewhere.
It is possible that I am Valophobic and don't know it. Many people walk around with unrecognized disease.
After all, anythings possible. LOL.

Oh well, personal preference. I bet you don't like taro-flavoured stuff and black rice paste. Both are really good.
BTW, it's kind of strange that I'm scared of certain kinds of flowers. omg... I don't know what I'm gonna do when my future girlfriend wants me to send her some flowers.

Same here. I don't know whether I'm a Valophobe. Let's pray to God and hope that we won't turn into psychotic when we see a Val running around the forums. |

Valophobia = Fear of Val. A person with Valophobia will drive insane when s/he sees Val running around the forums.

Yes. You overreact, so now you have it.

Decade-old pic. Just want to show that my face was as scary as the kitten when Val tried to be a bogeyman. |

Does anyone have a farfetched fear?
Since these are suppose to be far fetched fears I’ll tell you one that came up recently. The family was having a get together at my sister’s place, and she brought out this new Jiffy Peanut Butter in a squeeze tube. Now I like peanut butter, but when my sister came at me with this squeeze tube of peanut butter my first reaction was to back away. For some inexplicable reason it gave me the creeps.
@Everyone Don’t worry about Val, you just have to learn how to sweet talk her.
