| Anyone found the Secret Library in Vivec? |

It's in the Hall of Justice, the entrance is patially hidden
Some very interesting literture in there
Not books but papers
I won't say anything else but it is worth checking out
It will probably only make sense if you've beat at least most of the main quest. |

Hall of Justice; Watch office, RHS at the back. Need 50 unlock and door is trapped. Once inside, borrowing was easy.

its easy but there is a crusader and the head of the ordinators in front of it so i advise to NOT get caught.

Yes I found the secret library on my own. There were some intresting books there but not what i was hopeing to find, namely galur rithari's papers.
