That's what I've heard - Sect magic is available earliest in the game but you can't get past the 4th circle. It sounds like the Sect is more "psionic" than magic. I suppose it's based on different principles. |

Yeah, Wys got it.
The Psi camp's story isn't really based on Magic. It's based on what the Sleeper gives them.
The Psi Guru's don't need any magic higher than Circle 4.
