Stuck already-Ian wont give me the list for test of faith

Hmm. What should I do. I ahve talked with everyone in the mine I think and I cant find anyone who will help me with this quest. Ian just says something like, 'anyone can claim that Diego sent him for the list."

You overlooked a dialog option. Ask Diego why Ian should give the list to a newbie.
