| Unable to pick up Cybu's manuscript |

I think I've hit a bug, coz after I've killed Cybu (and a few other assassins) he dropped a manuscript but I can neither read it nor pick it up. I presume I have to return it to Commander Ralph, but how can I? I've clicked on it a million times and tried to drag it into my Inv, but no way is this gonna move  What can I do?

Strange, never happened to me. Of course, I solved that quest a different way. Before going to speak with Cybu, go and talk to Commander Ralph, he'll have you do a sting operation. Basically, he and his buddies will wait out of sight while you get Cybu to confess. They come in when the fight starts and presto! Mission accomplished.

this sounds a bit stupid,
but have you tried to push the ALT botton. it highlights all the items you can pick up.
hold the ALT button and clike on the manuscript.
if this doesn't work
try this link possible solution

I found I could only pick it up from outside the building. Unusual graphics glitch.
