| Where can I find "lower luck" potions? |

I need the fabled "lower luck" potions. I say fabled because people claim they exist on the official morrowind forums. Problem is that all you get when you post there is 10 year old AoL SpEaK answers by people who have been registerd 1 month and who have made a wopping 2000 posts about nothing. Now, I know you guys at RPGdot speak on a more mature level. And you actually PLAY the freaking games you post about.
Does this potion(lower luck) exist?
Where exactly can I find or purchase these?
I need these to finish off my other post on this site..."I cannot become a Vampire"

Drain Luck can be made. Not sure if it can be bought.
