Chapter 5, need crew how?

Hello there.. I am stuck in chapter 5. I have upgraded the blade with the tears of innos, I have gotten my paladin armor and I have read the dusty book and the manach. Then I went to see Lord Hagen and he said I couldn't lend his ship, cause I had no crew.. I can gain acces to the ship. But I have no Options other than "end" with: Milton and the rest of the known persons.. Where can I find this captain.. and what am I missing to get to chapter 6??

there are three people who can be ur captain

-Jack, in lighthouse
-Torlof, onar's farm ( u have betray paladins to get him wiht you).
-Jorgen, Monastery (u have to kill demons in Xardas' tower to get him with you)

Have You read the map? This should add quests about crew and captain.
