The third or fourth foghter's guild quest, where you get the code book from Sottilde. I have her disposition up to 100 and she wont gimme the damn thing. I dont wanna kill her. Any suggestions? |

Try searching around her house or any lockec chests nearby.

Make sure she doesn't know you are stealing from her. use your sneak skill, and make sure she isn't around or watching you. Steal when her back is turned while sneaking is best. Or go invisible.
Just make sure she doesn't know is all.

Hey guys, you have to briber her with 100 gold about three to four times, until she gives it to you. A one time bribe of 100 won't do it. Try it, and tell me if it works, cause it worked for me. |

The bribes just attempt to alter her disposition. If she's already at 100 then you can't do anything more there.
The problem is you're in the Thieve's Guild - I've heard she won't give the book to you at all if you're in the Thieve's Guild. Sounds like you'll have to kill her and take the book off the corpse, or try to pickpocket her. Or break your ties with the Thieve's Guild and try again - that might work?
