I was considering checking it out after having played morrowind and gothic 2 but i read its kinda short....
So how long did it ttake u guys to finish it
i think less then 50hours for a rpg is a waste of money amd i dont care about the replay value excuse

If you take time to explore as you should, I think you can get from 50 to 80 hours. Depends on the length of time it may take you to finish the quests, to finish a battle, etc. I always got at least 60 hours, and that was with replay and knowing what to do. There are just so many ways to try to do stuff. Hope that helps.

I am guessing it to me 40-50 the first time through. You really need this awesome game. Don't cheat yourself by not playing it! The magic-systems is really unique!
OBLIVION, Arx Fatalis2, and Gothic3 are coming out this year and you HAVE to be prepared for all three!

Arx Fatalis is fine lengthwise, so don't worry about that. If you liked Ultima Underworld, then this should bring back some pleasent memories.
