Item/Seller X-Ref?

Is there a list of where you can buy a particular spell? I'm looking for the plain (not wild) levitate. I saw it once and have forgotten where. I've been looking for it in every guild and town I go to lately.

Do regular items regenerate after you buy the lot? If I buy all of a vendors heal potions, will he have more at another visit? They always seem to have the same list of itmes.

I'm almost certain you can buy Levitate in the Balmora mage guild. If it's not there, you can get it in the Balmora temple.

Merchant's inventories will regenerate some items, but not necesarily all.

Some items do regernate after time--but not all. It depends on the type of person.
