I am getting frustrated with some of the quests. I have several that just won't "clear" for one reason or another, and I'm getting tired of running around trying to resolve them:
1. The merchant, Marcus. I did everything he asked, reported to the guard, found out where the goods were, got credit for finking on Tingalf, and got credit in the Merchant guild for solving this. yet, I still have Marcus as one of my quests - something about a black market in Rivertown. Now did I not complete the quest? So why am I not getting credit for this?
2. Caroline never showed up again.
3. I recued the blasted cat, now where did the kid go???
4. With level 5 lockpick skills I still can't get back in to Elrath's house. I can't believe that it's impossible to complete this quest. It doesn't make sense to have you go to all the trouble of finding the key and then never let you back into the house again. So what gives?
5. I seem to remember whole bunch of small quests relating to the Dwarves near Rivertown, yet I have not a single quest about them so far. What triggers these?
I've cleared the whole map and would like to get on with something else. |

#5 you go to the dwarven village. Its um east of stormfist castle. Theres a few quests there like they caught an elf desecrating their idol.
1 2 3 I cant say. They should be around. I remember caroline is south of the ars magica.
What can definitely always happen, is they can be killed by monsters. Im not sure how the child could be.
I forgot about that, one of the game stopping bugs is having one of the healers killed in the first city by monsters, the lizard one or some other one. You can play through about 70% of the game and then you cant continue lol.
But Id search around everywhere to see where they wandered off to or if they hide somewhere. And then Id assume they were dead. |
