Raven Rock supply ship
   

I seem to have run into a bug with the Raven Rock quest that involves a captain who wants more money. He won't talk to me (i.e. no dialogue option other than "goodbye") because he claims my fists are up. But I'm not in fight mode. In fact, if I use the hot key "0" (which shifts to hand-to-hand) twice in a row, Morrowind crashes.

Anybody know what journal code to enter (or where to find that code) to get me past this quest?

I'm having fun with my Khajiit / werewolf character and I'd like to finish the Raven Rock quests with her.
