Vivvec City Blade Quest help (Spoiler)
   

I believe the book I'm looking for is called the progress/process of truth, either way apparently the book has been outlawed by the temple in Vivvec and i need to find a copy of it to gather more information on the sixth house for caius. However I can't find any book dealers that have the book. please tell me where i can find the the book at.

Did you remember that Book store the argonian wanted to go to before he could talk to you? Jojaba's books or something like that? He has one for sale there. (Sometimes the most obvious choice for things is the only one in Morrowind - they didn't want toi frustrate us totally!) In case you didn't remember where it is, it's in the foriegn canton waistworks. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
