Resurrecting an NPC
   

Weeks ago I have accidentally killed an NPC but since nobody noticed I went on with the game. Now I need to speak to that particular NPC to get the quest done. Is there any way to revive him, a console command or something?

The command is:

placeatpc (id from construction set) 1,1,1
