Help!

Okay I'm trying complet a pilgim misson for the temple in Vivic (The first misson for the temple of Vivic).But I don't know how to get the puzzle one??
It says something like this.......Breath the watters of his glory and the path is made clear........Can any one help?

There's a water-filled basin at one point in the puzzle canals. You'll have to drown there... just stay underwater until you're dead. Yes, I'm serious

That was quite an original way to solve a quest, I was suprised when my literary breathing the water just worked
