Hi there in Cheydall i've fount an house for sale but i cannot understand how to buy it...can u tell me pls?
I'm desoerate i've loss 50 stones that recharge mana ad 6 stanes for enchant and many more equip just cause i leave it in chest not mine in mage guild...sob after one month the things...all my pretty things were gone so i must buy a home plsss desperate house man asks your help  |

I think that house you need like 25,000 or something.
Go to Anvil where you can buy one for 5,000 ... but that price suggests 'more to the story' ...

Talk to just about anyone, they will give the rumor that Velwyn Benirus has a manor for sale, and you will find him at the The Count's Arm Inn. He will sell it for 5,000 ... but remember the real-life saying 'if the price sounds to good to be true ...'
You will own a nice house eventually ...

You can buy a house in every town (except Kvatch of course).
For most of them you need to talk to someone official. Like the count or countess of that town. The one in Imperial City is pretty cheap (2000g). The house is in the Waterfront and you need to buy it from the Office of Imperial Commerce in the Marketplace district.
The house in Anvil has some "issues".  More than the obvious ones. You should save a game before spending the night in that house and be sure not to save over it until after the quest there is done (there is a possible bug with it...don't rely on saves made inside the house). |
