Ive just ran around and purified all the shrines but i lost the trail of the guy i was after... ive talked to A: the guy at the bridge who tells you he jumped in the water... B: the guy down stream, who tells you another guy ran past earlier.... and C: the hunter up by the giant troll thing, who tells you he went thru where the 2 rogues are....
then i seemed to have lost him...
Can one tell me what ive missed?
Or just gimme the general area of the map or location where the lil bugger is?

Follow the track of dead apprentices. It should lead you to the lone hunter near the Black Troll cave, and from there follow his indications.

You will not meet the guy who stole the eye until chapter 6. You willl only find the poor novices who have been killed by him. You have to find the stolen eye of innos though. It is at one the stone circles.
