| The Fourth Trial....Am I Screwed? |

 I've been working diligently to pass the 4th Trial, which is to become Hortator for House Hlaalu, House Redoran, and House Telvanni. I've managed to become Hortator for House Hlaalu and Telvanni, but House Redoran is a problem.
I've convinced all Redoran councilors except one...Athyn Sarethi. He will give me his vote IF I rescue his Son. Unfortunately, his son is dead. Athyn informs me that his son is dead and that he doesn't know who did it, but he can no longer trust me.
I'm assuming that there is another way because I never experienced any "broken quest" messages earlier in the game...therefore, Athyn's son must not be a critical part of this quest.
Am I going to have to kill Athyn Sarethi?

Where's Morgantown? I know I've heard of it, but I can't place it for some reason.

I think Athyn Sarethis son IS critical part of this quest. I do not think there is another way. You can brake many quests by killing people that will be important later.
And you can repair those quests by ressurecting this people by console command - little bit cheating. |

i think you can be the house hortartor just kill the athyne sarethi tant hime and let hime attack you than kull hime you 'll be automalically named the hous redoran trye it may be it 'll work just save it beffor you do that the only one that you can kill is is Master Aryon, as he is the one to finally pronounce you
Hortator.
