Just make a 0 byte file (use notepad for example) and rename it to whatever filename the game says is missing. Then put it in the directory (if it doesnt exist, create it) which also is stated in the error message.
Works great for me. Had the problem in the begining of chapter 2, im now in chapter 3 and havent had a problem.
