Took the words right out of my mouth, dteowner. Hey! Give 'em back!
The more I listen to the rest of the ablum, the more I skip Bring Me To Life. Don't get me wrong, it's a great song. But there are better ones on the album that I just can't wait to get to. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

Loving this band's sound.
I just previewed a few songs from them - normally I don't like rock that much, but you're right, Val, this band's sound rocks! And this smiley is really appropriate - I'm using a good pair of headphones right now, and that is how I look...
I have a recommendation for ya, maybe you like it: Tanzwut - Das Labyrinth. Get that song from somewhere and crank the volume waaaay up. Another very good song is "Lügner" (Liar).
A literal translation of "Tanzwut" is "Dance Fury" but I think it actually means "Fury Dance". , and that says everything about the music. Its a mix of hard guitar riffs and techno beats, with medieval instruments. _________________ “Through the sounds of falling rain, through the clouds of bitter times

*ears perk up*@ Val & Ahru ='.'=
wow, "a mix of hard guitar riffs and techno beats, with medieval instruments." that sounds cool... I dont listen to the radio so i only hear things thru recommendations. i might have to check that band out
currently playing:
Iron Maiden- Brave New World
as for me, i broke my post-"Fear of the Dark" Iron Maiden boycott and bought the newest cd by them (still a couple years old) "Brave New World".
All I can say is, *this* is the album that should have come out after "7th Son of a 7th Son". All ten years of the 90's redundant uninspired crap that Maiden cranked out, even with their temporary new crappy singer should be skipped over right to this newest cd. Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith are back and the whole band sounds better than ever!
Trust me, Im a true Iron Maiden fan. I know what good NWOBHM sounds like, give Brave New World a shot if you gave up on Maiden earlier, you wont regret it! You can listen to samples at the link below
