I started looking for an answer to this but too many of the topics have spoilers in it and I'm loving the story (don't wanna ruin it).
Is it possible after joining the old camp to train 2 handed? Lee isn't interested in talking to me..

Yes you can be taught two-handed weapon skills after you join the Old Camp and after you have master single-handed weapons. Lee will teach you only after you join the New Camp

Like Max said, you'll have to have 1h weapons mastered. After you did that, walk around OC and question people, there will be one who'll teach you (since you don't want spoilers, I won't tell you who, though  ).

You can also train in two-handed weapons in the Sect Camp. Just ask around. |

There are 3 rusty 2-handers in one of Stone's (the inner castle blacksmith) chests. Alternatively, you can jump a Templar and take his sword. |
