I read that since the add-on focusses on the first two chapters, you need to rely on fighting skills because your spells aren't powerful enough.
Does that mean you should become a fightingmage or is it possible to do it with only magic? Is it even possible to become a fighting mage? With all the lp, needed for fighting and so, increased?

What about a dex-based mage-thief? I did it in the original G2. The Master Sword was quite good.

Actually, Acrobatics never "left" G2. The skill is in the game even without NoTR expansion. Just that you cannot learn it in standard way, however, you can insert Chatacter Helper through Marvin-console and learn the skill from him. Not that you really need it, anyway. I didn't even find a real need for it in G1 either, it was useful only in handful of places, and these places themselves weren't crucial anyway.

In the addon you'll automatically get Acrobatics when you have 90 dexterity of more, right?
I never played G1, so what does Acrobatics include, what can you do with it. I don't believe you can make all kind of circus acts.

The acrobathic skill lets you jump further and you take less damage from falls

Very bad news, Aaaargh:

New Infos!
Gothic II Addon

Hi!

Bad news concerning the addon. I've talked with Plex if there will be an english version of the addon (Nacht des Raben), and he said that's a very difficult question. Many political problems are here within and it's not sure if there will be ever an english addon. this is out of the hands of JoWooD and Atari doesn't respond. Seems that the addon is temporary on ice or it died long before.

It's all Atari's fault

(already mailed it to the news-team )

If it's turns out to be English Poland will suddenly make a lot of profit with his export.
Suddenly it would become one of the economic superpowers. You would then have the US, the EU, Japan and Poland.
