is tehere any way to get the THEO editor(arx was made in) ?
or are there some addons for arx?

That is an intresting idea, you consided asking Arkine Studios?
I would think this is going to be a dead engine, either they will license an engine or develop an new one, after Might and Magic, well that would be my guess.
I imagine they are busy currently (they better be ) maybe worth a try.
