I don't remember any RPG have released by EA other than Ultima 9 and Ultima Online. They do not want to make. Because, RPGs do not bring money to EA. Why would you invest games that consumes lots of time, money in a market where stupid titles sell millions of copies.
I think EA is the plague to the game development, which are slaying imagination, creative and freedom.

It is us as consumers who slay orginality, almost everyone wants sequels of big games. EA is smart to serve the biggest market and yes that means they don't have good rpg's because most people don't appreciate them

The only company that does not release rushed games that I remember is Blizzard. And they still have loads of money and respect.

A meeting of developers just decided that they will not accept this anymore and will start some kind of something in which they'll make games that are not rushed, and have as much money as the EA games do. YAY!!!
