Hi,
I am really loving this game but I am trying to find the Orc Hammer that Jemym states in his FAQ and on this board.
I can't seem to find the spot where he is talking about. I've cleared out and snagged the magic piece in the cliff that is to the NE of the old camp up the hill protected by multiple Snappers and a Shadowbeast. This is where I thought the hammer would be.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I don't want to start Chapter 2 until I snag that sweet hammer!

Also, am I screwing up my game by snagging and clearing out that section I listed above earlier than needed?

Thanks!
Brian

Click here for the world map. The hammer is located in a small cave that is guarded by bloodhounds (hard to miss) near the mountain fort (location F). Before going over the bridge to the fort there is a turn off, go that way.
Don't enter quest areas until you have the quest. But I think you should be fine in this case. Just don't do it again.

Go to the place with the "flying bitches" and as your heading up, you should face about 5 Bloodhounds. Keep on going and you'll see a fork in the road, take the right, and kill some more Bloodhounds, go into the cave and then the door.

That reminds me, has anyone seen my wife, Mrs. Mud?

Leave the OC by the south gate, go straight toward the SC, past the hut ruins and cross the little bridge.

Turn right and go straight along the river, toward the beach. A slope is directly ahead of you.

Cross the beach and climb the slope, it climbs to the right. There are a bunch of lizards to get past here, so look for them.

Go to the tippy-tippy top of the slope and you should see a ledge on the right side of the slope. Go to the ledge and continue climbing, until you reach the plateau on the left.

Now come the bloodhounds, once you're on the plateau you should be able to see a passage at the back wall that goes to the right. Follow it and you'll find the cave with the Orc hammer. Have fun!
